At Giftwrapa, we stand by the quality of our product. Your satisfaction is important to us.
If any goods are faulty we will meet our statutory obligations to provide a remedy. Giftwrapa is not required to provide a refund if you change your mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully.
Due to hygiene regulations we are unable to exchange earrings or body jewellery (nose studs, belly bars, labrets or eye bow body jewellery).
Order Modifications & Cancellations:
After your order has been placed, you only have hours to contact our customer service via an email to: email@example.com and request order modifications or a cancellation. We generally ship items same day or day after. If your order has already been placed in production it cannot be modified or cancelled.
In cases of defects, the customer must notify Giftwrapa within 48 hours of the package delivery via an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org to be eligible for a replacement. Defects include discoloration, misprints, or broken jewellery.
The email must include photographic evidence of the defect in question. All defective items must be sent back and we will cover the cost of shipping. Once received we will send a replacement. Refunds are not available.
All items are made to order – this means that when you place your order, we make them just for you. Because of these items’ nature, we will not accept return and exchange requests for any reason as our products are customized and printed on demand.

My Item Looks Different to the Online Listing:
This is a very rare occurrence. We make every effort to accurately represent all designs and products, though some listings make use of life-like renderings instead of photos to show how the item will look.
